30-hour course with information needed to be a successful broker in Kansas. It is a wealth of information with details of requirements for record keeping, advertising, agency, fair housing and much more. This a requirement of the KREC to be completed prior to license application. Remember all requirements have to be completed within 6 months of the first completion.
