First Time Licensing

This section is for those who do not have a license in any other state.

Already licensed in another state

This section is for those who already hold an active real estate license and wish to obtain a license in KS or MO.

The KREC website will be under maintenance between Friday 4/3/26 @ 5:00pm until Monday 4/6/26 @ 8:00am. No course completions will be uploaded between these dates but will be uploaded on Monday 4/6 as soon as their system is up and running.
