For Kansas-Four Easy Steps & Your Finished

A. Read the easy to understand text.

B. Complete a short quiz online or on paper.(open or closed book)

C. Submit the quiz online or send the answer sheet back to us by mail or fax. We’ll grade it, notify the Kansas Real Estate Commision and send a copy of the certificate to you with corrections.

D. Send your renewal form and fees to the Kansas Real Estate Commision and you're done.

For Missouri-Four Easy Steps & Your Finished

A. Read the easy to understand text, keeping track of your time spent.

B. Complete a short closed book proctored quiz on paper.

C. Send the answer sheet, time sheet & the proctor form back to us by mail or fax. We’ll grade it, notify the Missouri Real Estate Commision and send a copy of the certificate to you with corrections.

D. Send a copy of the certificate, your renewal form and fees to the Missouri Real Estate Commision and you're done.

NOTE: Online courses do not require a time sheet or proctor form.

We can send Continuing education courses and all tests by email. All others go out by priority mail.
