All continuing education courses below are priced as follows:
  • $30 for each 3 hour version
  • $35 for each 4 hour version
  • $60 for each 6 hour version

#1 Kansas Required Salesperson & Broker Core:
Covers Kansas Brokerage relationships, agency, transaction brokerage (BRRETA) and misrepresentation.
  • KS Mandatory core for all Kansas licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 or 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#2 Kansas Required Broker Core: Management:
New laws, environmental issues, advertising, stigmatized property and a lot more.
  • KS Core for Brokers, elective for salespeople; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 or 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#3  Listing Presentation:
Complete course on obtaining and servicing listings. Covers making a listing presentation, your presentation book, complete dialog for the "For Sale By Owner " & more.
  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • NE 3 or 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#4  Representing the Buyer Client:
Minimum requirements of buyer agents guidelines to follow.  How to make a buyer agency kit, the counseling session, qualifying the buyer, negotiating & presentation techniques.
  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 & 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#5  Fair Housing:
Covers the fair housing act and amendments, advertising, enforcement and case law.  This course helps licensees provide the consistency, objectivity and documentation of service required.
  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;

#6  New Home Construction:
Learn the basics of building a home from the ground up! Includes a sample floor plan, plot plan, construction terms and lots more! Valuable course! Know your product.
  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 or 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#7  Code of Ethics:
This course covers the REALTOR code of ethics. What all real estate licensees should know and practice!
  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 or 4 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#8A  Required Broker Core: Introduction to Commercial Real Estate:
A comprehensive introduction to the potentially lucrative field of commercial real estate.

#8B  Required Broker Core: Introduction to Commercial Real Estate:
A comprehensive introduction to the potentially lucrative field of commercial real estate.

  • MO 6 hours elective credit for classroom students, 6 hours elective credit for online, 6 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;

#9  Representation Options in the State of Missouri:  
This is the core/required core course for Missouri licensees for the renewal period 2008-2010. It covers the different agency relationships allowed, duties of each, the fiduciary responsibilities after termination of the listing and how you might change from one agency relationship to another one. It covers information on the disclosure form, brokerage service agreements allowed and what must be included in each type. At the end of the course you will go through scenarios that give real life examples of agency issues in MO.

  • KS 3 hours elective credit for all licensees for Home study, Online or classroom;
  • MO 3 hours core credit for classroom students, 3 hours core credit for online, 3 hours core credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 hours elective credit for classroom students;

#10  Environmental Issues:
Mold, radon, and lead! Where to look, damage caused by exposure, and ways to cure the problems. Learn how to protect your property and that of your clients.

  • KS elective credit for all licensees; 3 or 4 hour course by Home study or Online, 3 & 4 hour versions in classroom;
  • MO 3 hours elective credit for classroom students, 3 hours elective credit for online, 3 hours elective credit for home study students with proctored exam;
  • NE 3 & 4hours elective credit for classroom students;

The following two courses are only held in a classroom setting

The FHA Loan:
Learn and understand how the FHA loan works. This class is an indepth work shop for the Real Estate Agent on the process and calculations of FHA financing.

  • KS 4 hours elective credit for all licensees in classroom;
  • NE 4 hours elective credit for all licensees in classroom;

Introduction to Title Insurance and Abstracting:
This course is designed to provide an understanding of Title Insurance and Abstracting concepts and how to more readily discern what a Title company has to offer. Most importantly, it will empower you to confidently make the best recommendations and decisions on behalf of your clients.

  • KS 4 hours elective credit for all licensees in classroom;

Kansas Salesperson’s Practice Course:  
$155 online, add $10 S & H for book copy.
30-hours. This is required for all new Kansas salespeople before applying for a license after July 1, 2007. Even if you get your salesperson license from a license in another State, you will still be required by the KREC to have this course completed before you receive your license. This course may be completed before or after the licensure exam, but must be completed before applying for a Kansas license. Can be done 100% online! Kansas Broker Pre License:  $185 Includes S & H.
24-hour course to prepare you for the broker exam. Why sit in class 3 days or longer. We give you what you need to study at your own pace and PASS. The law prep materials, test builder CD"in the book" and several practice tests are included. We are available by email to help you with questions. Kansas Broker Law Course;
$35 online add $10 S&H for book copy to be sent to you.
Due to new State requirements if you are a licensed Broker in another State you will have to take this 4 hour Law course, have a KBI/FBI background check done & take the State portion of the Broker test before you can apply for your Kansas Broker license.


Kansas License Law Prep Course;
$50 online add $10 S&H for book copy to be sent to you.
Due to new State requirements if you are licensed in another State you will have to take the Law portion of the Kansas State test to get your license. We give you what you need to study at your own pace and PASS. the law portion of the State test


Missouri Pre Examination Course:  
Home Study $265 Includes S & H.
48-hour pre license course. All you need to study and pass the Missouri exam. The law prep materials, test builder CD"in the book" and several practice tests are included. Missouri Real Estate Practice Course:  
$155 online, add $10 S & H for book copy.
24-hour Missouri Practice course.  This is required for all new Missouri Licensee applicants.  Even if you get your license by reciprocity, you will still be required by the MREC to complete this course to receive your license.  No state test required!  Click on the link below to view the iquiry letter.
