Days with 3 classes listed are four hours each (MO students get 3 hrs elective credit each, 6 hours total per day) and are 8am to 12pm, 12pm to 4pm and 4pm to 8pm.

Days with 2 classes listed are 3 hours each and are 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm (#8 is a 6 hour class).

You can pay by credit card in advance or you can pay by cash or check at the time of the class. Walk-ins are welcome; but you must be pre-registered to be guaranteed a seat. Please be on time.

Courses are:

#1: Kansas Required Salesperson and Broker Core: 3 or 4hrs credit for KS students (Required for all KS licensees); 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#2: Kansas Required Broker Core: Management: 3 or 4hrs credit for KS students (Core for broker, elective for salespeople); 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#3: Listing Presentation: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#4: Representing the Buyer Client: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#5: Fair Housing: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3hrs core credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#6: New Home Construction: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#7: Code of Ethics: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.
#8: Required Broker Core: Introduction to Commercial Real Estate; 4 OR 6-hours credit for KS students (Core/elective for broker, elective for salespeople); 6hrs core/elective for MO students; 4 OR 6hrs elective credit for NE students.
#9: Representation Options in the State of Missouri: 3hrs elective for KS students; 3hrs core credit for MO students; 3hrs elective credit for NE students.
#10: Environmental Issues: 3 or 4hrs elective credit for KS students; 3hrs elective credit for MO students; 3 or 4hrs elective credit for NE students.

Each course requires a payment of:
$30 each 3 hour version
$35 each 4 hour version
$60 each 6 hour version
per person;

If you would like to do any of the courses by Home Study please go to our Home Study Registration page to register. You can have the books sent to you (adds $10 S & H for each person) or do them online and save the $10 S & H.

Courses #1, #2, #4 through #10 have been approved by MO for class room credit.

Courses #5, 8b(6 hour version) & 9 are MO core courses for 2012 renewal.

Courses #1 through #10 can be taken by Home Study. Courses 1, 2, 4 through 10 can be done online or by Home Study by MO students. Courses are not approved for NE home study credit.

MO only allows 6 hrs class credit per day, so you can only get credit for two classes per day on approved courses. NE gives like kind credit for all class room classes. NE only give class room credit at this time.

To register for a class; Click on the RED box of your choice to navigate to the REGISTRATION FORM for that date. You will be asked for: (1) information about you, (2) which course(s) you wish to attend, and (3) the payment method that you will use.
